Rewiring This Old House

When walking into an old house that hasn't been remodeled (transformed), one glaring thing that sticks out like a sore thumb is the need for rewiring of the electrical system. If the electrical system isn't undated (transformed) the house can't reach its maximum power output, and has the potential of burning down. The one glaring thing in your life that's staring you straight in the face is that one thing that Yahweh put there to make you more like His Son. That's the one thing that gets under your skin and aggravates the mess out of you. That one thing can be the beginning of an amazing transformation. We were all born with flaws so that we may see the gap between us and Him and our need for transformation, so we may be like Him. Our problem is simply this: we all think the other guy has the problem. We never see it for what it really is: an opportunity to be more like His Son.
We have been given the power of choice to change... the power to choose God's way.

Ephesians 4:22-24
That you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

II Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Romans 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I Peter 2:21-23
For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps: “Who committed no sin, Nor was deceit found in His mouth”; who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously.

Colossians 3:1-10

James 1:12-15
Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

II Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Flatliners

You may be a Flatline Christian if you have any of these symptoms:

1. The thought of loving someone else sends your brain sensory into overload.
2. You become very paranoid if you have to stand up and raise your hands during praise and worship.
3. You have visions of the good ship lollipop when thinking of God.
4. The thought of fellowshipping with anyone in your ecclesia starts your abdomen cramping. And it produces thoughts of vomiting projectiles preceding from your heart.
5. You begin to nervously sweat at the onset of someone suggesting that you should study the word of God or even listen to a podcast.
6. The mention of tithing produces immediate mental explosive diarrhea - you get the runs, you begin the process of running far, far away into another galaxy in your mind and out the door.
7. System shut down starts on the count of T minus 10 when you hear the words, die to self, deny yourself, and Yahweh is right and you're wrong.
8. Serving others means to YOU others only serving YOU.
9. You believe that Yahweh is really Captain Merrill Stubing.
10. You believe all is well and YOU PERSONALLY will be welcomed into the Kingdom by Hervé Villechaize

Matthew 7:21-23
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Revelation 3:16
So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

The Master's Key

Just because you have your own master key doesn't mean it's the key that will open YOUR mind to the TRUTH of the kingdom.

THE KEY .......of me, myself and I, will never UNLOCK the door to the kingdom of God.

Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. 
Luke 9:23 

Notice the word "if" anyone desires to come after Me;
Yashua never said He would force anyone to follow Him. He did say, "if" anyone wants to follow Me
then here are the requirements,
1. DENY YOURSELF!
Deny yourself what? Anything and everything that puts Him second.
2. Take up YOUR cross EVERYDAY and follow Him.
3. Yashua NEVER said, denying yourself was a part-time option.
4. Yashua NEVER said, take up His cross everyday, He carried His cross  and YOU must carry yours.
We are to carry our cross through the power of Yahweh's Holy Spirit and the example that Yashua gave us.

We need to stop trying to be our own key-maker and follow the ONE that is the TRUE KEY, He will lead us to EL.
He will open the door to the kingdom  of God if you will seek Him and knock, knock, Knock.
Can you imagine that people's immortality could hinge on "if"?
All that Yahweh has promised is there for those who ........ "If".

Won't Back Down

Ephesians 6:10-20
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

Spiritual Farmer

Become a spiritual farmer. Sow the seeds of Love - Joy - Peace, and prepare yourself to be a reaper of the harvest.

If you call yourself a disciple of Yashua, then ask yourself, "What seeds am I sowing? What harvest am I reaping?"
If you don't consider yourself a disciple of Yashua, then what do you consider yourself to be?

We are called to be disciple of Yashua if we want to get a 'well done' and receive immortality.
Disciples sow many seeds. Three important seeds that are keys to the kingdom of God are LOVE - JOY - PEACE.
Sow them and reap the harvest.

I John 3:16-18
By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

I Peter 4:8
And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
